1 Year Return

We offer a 365-day return policy to customers worldwide.

We designed this policy to give you the opportunity to fully experience your furniture at home before making a long-term commitment.

Return requests are subject to review and approval based on the conditions outlined below. Approval is determined by the item's condition, the completeness of the supporting documentation, and the use of original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be new, unused, and free from scratches, stains, or alterations.

  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • The return must be supported by:

    • An unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery.

    • Clear photos showing the current condition of the item.

    • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice.

We will decline returns that do not meet all the above conditions.

Important:
The unboxing video is required to verify the item's condition upon delivery. If an unboxing video is not provided, the return request may be denied.

 

Return Shipping and Refund Calculation

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Original Shipping Fees and Shipping Taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if “free shipping” was applied at checkout.

  • Refund Calculation:

    • If the return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery: Full refund of the item subtotal and applicable item tax.

    • If the return request is submitted after 14 days: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the item subtotal.

  • Refund Timing: After the returned item passes inspection, we process refunds to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Within 12 Hours:

Orders canceled within 12 hours of placement and before the order is picked for shipment will be fully refunded.

Cancellation After 12 Hours:

Orders canceled after 12 hours of placement and before warehouse picking will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee.

Orders in Transit:

Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been picked up by the carrier or are in transit. Customers must wait for delivery and follow the return process.
Refusing delivery is not considered a valid cancellation.

 

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Products that are customized or made to specific customer requests are considered final sale. Once confirmed, these orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

 

Bulk Orders (Five or More Items)

Orders containing five or more items are classified as bulk orders. Once a bulk order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their cart and order details before purchasing.

 

Packaging Claims and Delivery Inspections

  • Upon delivery, customers must inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.

  • If damage is observed, the package must be refused immediately in the presence of the carrier.

  • Once the delivery receipt is signed without noting any damage, claims for damaged packaging will not be accepted.

 

Missed Delivery

If no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time, the delivery will be marked as unsuccessful.

  • A return shipping fee will be charged to cover transportation and rescheduling costs.

  • Missed deliveries are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
