We hope you never have a problem with your Sofatica®. And we’ve done everything we can in building your sofa to ensure that you’ll enjoy it for many years to come.

One of the reasons you might be shopping with us is that you recognize the superior quality of our pieces. And just as we want our sofa to be the best you can find, we want our promise to you to be equally superior. That’s why, while most furniture manufacturers only offer a 2-year warranty, we offer a 10-year warranty.

Your sofa has been created using the highest quality materials by skilled craftsmen. It was also quality-checked and tested at several stages, from the supply chain to production to the moment it arrived in our warehouse. So we’re confident that 99% of the time, your piece will be exactly as you imagined it.

For light commercial use, this warranty covers:

Product & Material-Specific Details and Exclusions

Frame

Sofatica® frames are covered for structural defects. However, any modifications by the customer, improper installation, or use of unauthorized cleaning products will void the warranty.

Cushion Covers, Slipcovers, and Duvet Covers

These components are covered against material degradation but are not covered for pilling, shrinkage, or tearing due to misuse or improper care.

Care Guidelines:

  • Machine wash with cold water and a mild detergent on a gentle cycle.
  • Hang dry to prevent additional wear.
  • Spot cleaning is recommended to reduce washing frequency and maintain fabric integrity.
  • Regular vacuuming helps extend the fabric's lifespan.

Damage caused by excessive or improper washing is not covered under this limited warranty.

Back Pillows and Cushions

Sofatica® cushions and pillows are designed for comfort and durability, featuring high-quality foam and down-blend filling. Over time, natural softening and shaping will occur—this is not considered a defect.

The Limited Warranty covers defects or abnormal loss of resiliency, but it does not cover normal compression or flattening of cushions due to regular use.

What Will Sofatica Do?

For residential and light commercial use, we will:

  • Provide replacement parts at no cost for covered structural failures under the 10-year warranty.
  • Ship replacement parts within 8-14 weeks upon approval.
  • Offer repair solutions or replacement at our discretion.

If a warranty claim is denied, customers will receive a written explanation. Where applicable, we may offer alternative resolutions, such as discounted repair services or replacement parts.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

Sofatica®’s Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Materials such as marble, paint, leather, fabric, fiberglass, foams, veneers, and coatings.
  • Damage from misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Issues caused by chemical treatments, oils, or cleaning products.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading, staining, or compression of cushions.
  • Damage from heat, fire, excessive weight, or non-residential use.
  • Mold, mildew, vandalism, pet damage, or rodent infestations.
  • Acts of nature, including floods, wind, and extreme weather conditions.
  • Products that have been resold, transferred, or moved outside the original region of purchase (such as the United States, European Union, or Canada).

If products are used in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose, the warranty is void.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties and Limitation of Liability
