Program description
By providing your mobile phone number at checkout, in your Sofatica account, or via direct request, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Sofatica related to your order — including order confirmations, shipping notifications, delivery updates, exception notices, and one-time verification codes.
This is a transactional messaging program. Sofatica will not use this number for marketing, promotional, or third-party offers without separate explicit consent.
Message frequency
Message frequency depends on your order activity. A typical order generates 2–5 text messages over its lifecycle (confirmation, ship, transit update, delivery, optional follow-up).
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, set by your mobile carrier. Sofatica does not charge a fee for sending or receiving text messages.
Opting out — STOP
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Sofatica. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages, except in emergencies or where required to deliver your order.
To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP.

Supported carriers
Sofatica SMS works on all major US carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number, SMS opt-in status, and message content are governed by our Privacy Policy. Sofatica does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) and shipping carriers, solely to deliver your order updates.
Changes
Sofatica may update these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued opt-in after changes constitutes acceptance.
